Most of the photos Kenzie chose were shot in fields or grasses so we chose a beautiful light filled field that also offered a beach close by. Once we decided where to shoot we discussed that her wardrobe choices should ideally match both location choices. We communicated several times via text and she was able to narrow it down to 4 perfect outfits. The day of the shoot when we met we picked the bohemian looks for the field and we chose the cleaner nautical looks for the beach. We had a blast and Kenzie absolutely nailed her senior shoot!

Senior sessions are all about making my subjects comfortable from the get-go. Oftentimes this is their first “professional” shoot so my goal is always about putting my seniors at ease. Kenzie was so easy to work with. We started with communicating via text to discuss what type of location she envisioned for her senior photos. At first she was unsure so I asked for her to take a look at my Instagram photos of other seniors and models and have her choose her 3 favorite photos. Once I had an idea of what she liked it gave us a better idea on where to shoot.
